Children's Week Presented by
Toolkits

We currently have two toolkits available for you which contain valuable information including sample press releases, letters, resolutions and other information for coordinating local events and promoting Children's Week and Parents' & Children's Day activities:

2008 Children's Week Local Coordinator Toolkit (available in PDF file format only)
The Children's Week local coordinator toolkit supplies you with all of the information and resources that you need to make Children's Week have an impact in your local community.

The YEAH! Youth Toolkit was developed to teach youth how to identify needs and develop realistic solutions to create healthy changes in their school and community. This toolkit will help them build a successful team and will offer creative ideas to make their school and community healthier and more physically fit. Download the YEAH! Youth Toolkit (PDF format, 1,142 KB).

The YEAH! Adult Mentor Toolkit was developed by the Florida Department of Health to assist adult leaders in supporting youth as they promote awareness of and advocacy for health behaviors to their peers and community. It should be used in conjunction with the YEAH! Youth Toolkit. Download the YEAH! Adult Mentor Toolkit (PDF format, 1,176 KB).
