The Children's Week Advocacy Dinner & Reception takes place Monday, April 12, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the University Center Club located inside FSU Doak Campbell Stadium on the campus of Florida State University.
Children's Week partners host dozens of statewide association meetings in Tallahassee on Monday and the Children's Week Advocacy Dinner & Reception takes place Monday evening to honor and recognize Children's Week Partners and non-profit organizations who dedicate their lives to children.

The evening features a dynamic keynote speaker, live entertainment, a decadent dinner and reception, and the opportunity to network with hundreds of advocates, policy makers and business leaders. In 2009, Florida's Chief Child Advocate Jim Kallinger presented the winner of the
Chiles Advocacy Award, an honor highlighting an instrumental child advocate in Florida.
